Whether you’re young or young at heart, male or female, you can join our class and discover how to enjoy safe, effective exercise and make a new circle of friends. We have always prided ourselves on being more than an exercise regime.

Spin Cycle

An effective workout
Allows you to train in the offseason
Varied routines keep things fresh
Great for all ability levels

Description...

Spinning classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere.
Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.

All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle.

Fast Track Computer Classes Now Available

We are now offering the fast-track option for those students who need to finish their qualification quickly or need the flexibility of a daytime class.  We can offer a wide range of courses on this option from basic CLAIT, ECDL, and OCR levels 1 & 2.
The advantage of Fast-track is the student works at their on speed and can take the exams when they are ready.
Fast-track courses can be started anytime in the provided slots, which the table above shows.
The other set classes are Tutor lead and are more traditional with students.  These classes start on a set date and have a certain time period to finish ranging from 8 weeks – 40 weeks depending on the course.

Names are always being taken for the set classes so please contact the office to find out when the next course is starting.
